The purchase can only be redeemed for the package as described above at any Tampa Bay Area Garcia Centers location. There are no substitutions. Purchase is non-refundable once redeemed in the center.  Limit 1 redemption per person, if more than one is purchased the additional purchase may be given as a gift.  Not valid with other offers or promotions.  These terms and conditions are accepted by the buyer as a function of purchasing the special offer.   The program is medically managed and will include only those elements of the treatment plan developed by your provider.  Any additional testing, services, or products NOT indicated above may be recommended by the provider or purchased by the customer for an additional fee. If unforeseen or unexpected situations occur resulting in an offering other than intended or described above, the company reserves the right to refund the purchase price prior to redemption.  This package has a special price that is valid through on December 31, 2024.   The value of this offer will be the amount that was paid, which never expires.  NO REFUNDS.
